Jacob Gottlieb, a successful financial entrepreneur, is adding another venture to his accomplishments such as Altium Capital. One of Altium Capital’s recent investments includes Oramed Pharmaceuticals, Orgenics, and Amaruin Corporation.

The investment fund is centered around a healthcare investment fund based out of New York City and is primarily focused on investment opportunities that’re directly related to growth companies within the healthcare industry.

Jacob Gottlieb is always seeking out investment opportunities that are relevant medical treatment and meaningful health advances. He is a veteran investor and investor, and he always has a finger on the future growth of companies in the healthcare sector. He founded the very successful Visium Asset Management which is a hedge fund that has expanded into an $8 billion fund that has over 200 employees.

He’s been working on his skill set ad instinct for growth opportunities over his entire career and before his involvement with Visium Asset Management he co-founded Balyasny Asset Management. His endeavors have gotten him recognition, and he has also managed the investment portfolio at Merlin BioMed Group where he was a manager.

Jacob Gottlieb has a BA in Economics that he obtained from Brown University, and he holds his MD from New York University Medical School. He also earned a Chartered Financial Analyst charter from the Association for Investment Management and Research, and his P.R.M. designation for the Risk Manager’s International Association.

Sellas Life Sciences is the second addition to Altium’s portfolio and is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company. They are focused on developing immunotherapies for the treatment of many different cancer indications.

Jacob Gottlieb also supports much philanthropic interest and has donated his time and well as money to organizations focused on providing financial assistance to those who are underprivileged.
